Winter in the South of France?

Richard Weiss

Why not! Most people visit the region in the summer for its beaches, hot weather and lavender fields. But the South of France has something to offer all times of the year, and in the off-season these are yours to enjoy without the crowds!

Think of coming down for the village open markets, to see the flamingoes in the Camargue, to enjoy pleasant weather at an outdoor café, and to have the streets of the ancient villages to yourself, without the crowds! The French people are still here living, so everything is open and waiting for you too!

Marseille, Avignon and Nîmes are beautiful and historic cities with countless attractions to be seen at any time of the year, and all so much better without the crowds and oppressive heat!

Thinking of booking Secret Garden Pont du Gard at off-season rates for your own secluded holiday in the South!
